Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancake:

1/2 c oatmeal
4 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 c shredded apple
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet stevia extract


Simply blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth, and gently fold in the shredded apple by hand. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Cook your pancake until golden on each side (about 1 min each). Top with sugar free maple syrup and enjoy!
